Easy and Delicious 5 Minute Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
Ingredients:
*This recipe yields two servings. Simply cut ingredients in half if just serving yourself.
- Two cups of unsweetened almond milk
- One medium sized banana (frozen banana works great if you have it)
- Two tablespoons of PP2 Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 ½ cups of frozen mixed berries or blueberries.
- 1 cup of ice
- 2 cups of spinach (or your preference!)
- Two tablespoons of Chia seeds (optional)
If your blender isn’t super powerful, it’s probably best to work in layers and blend by sections. See instructions below.
Instructions:
In your blender combine almond milk, fruit, ice and spinach. Add two tablespoons of PB2 and chia seeds (optional). Blend until smooth or desired consistency (adding small amounts of water if needed). Enjoy!
